Today (19/03/21) We learnt about resilience and how failure is an important part of learning.
Individual strengths are specific things that a person is good at.
It is important that people have different strengths other wise we would all be the same and no one would be unique, also there would be things that no one was good at and our economy would be doing well because maybe everyone was just good at cooking but there was no one that could build houses.
Something to be mindful of when your are working with people that have different strengths to are to understand that they have different skills to you and use those people skills to help your group and stick to everyone's strengths.
Different skills in our groups can be taken advantage of by using them when they are needed.
We can develop our strengths by training them and using them and understanding why they are important to us.
Our strengths help us reach our goals by using what we are good at to help us succeed in new things.
